To be able to eat unlimited amounts of peanut butter
When you’re new to Crossfit it can be very Intimidating, was your first crossfit experience Intimidating to you? , if so how did you overcome it?
The thing I found intimidating was more the lingo, everything had so many names of things I had never heard of before. The classes were fast paced, so I just kept my head down and tried to learn one new thing a week.
What advice could you give someone that's never tried crossfit?
Just jump in. Don’t stick your toe in to test the water, just jump. Your future self will thank you.

Why did you become a crossfit coach?
I grew up doing CrossFit and have always loved the sport. CrossFit has made me a better person everyday. I became a coach to try to help people do the same in their lives.
How has crossfit changed your life?
The community that comes with CrossFit has changed my life. It didn’t matter if I was having a good or bad day, going to the gym always made it a better day.
What's are some of your favorite things about being a Coach?
I love getting to see the look on someone’s face when they learn a new skill or set a new pr. I also love the atmosphere of the gym and everyone’s drive to be stronger and healthier.
What is one thing non fitness related about yourself you can share with us.
I play too many video games.
If you can change one thing about your self what would it be?
I would like to be less competitive and more encouraging. Too many times in workouts I’m trying my best to win instead of enjoying the workout and pushing others around me.

When I started CrossFit I couldn’t pick up the bar and had no clue what I was doing. I trusted my coaches and began learning as much as I could.
What advice could you give someone that's never tried crossfit?
Just do it! Embrace the community, make friends, and have fun!
